Turks and Caicos and Orlando Trip

Well we are back from our deferred and what a trip. We were treated so well and had so much fun. American Airlines lost Jessica's luggage and it is still lost after 2.5 weeks. But we still made the best of it. We hit Club Med, some local hot spots and of course the beach. Pat's place super close to a beach and the snorkeling was amazing. So much fun and we can't wait to go back. Sarah joined our trip and here is something she wrote that describes one of the best vacation days that I and we ever had: Having been in the Caribbean for a week, I can honestly say that I haven't had a bad day. But I can say that I have had a FABULOUS one (the rest of the week has been great too). Sunday started like every other day here. Cape Breton Round 1

Well, Jessica and I took off to North Sydney for a few days. The weather was hot and the famous North Sydney Pizza was awesome. Whilest in North Sydney, we bought Jessica a bike. We went on a few bike rides around the town. Lot's of fun. We hung out with my mother, my brother and the man himself, The Dave. We were there for 3 days (July 6 to 9) and we will be going back soon. Lots of dandy construction happening on the highway also, got to love that foolishness.

PEI and a little bit of Canada Day

Well, our deferred has officially started. We spent a few days at Jessica's parents cottage in PEI. Great way to start our extended holiday. On June 30 we went into Charlottetown for the Annual Festival of Lights. We seen Collective Soul and the Tragically Hip in concert. The Hip were amazing. We went back into C'town for Canada Day and hung out at the waterfront and listened to some free music and ate some ice cream. Well that is the first of many posts. Pictures will be coming at all our events and we have alot of great ones in store. Phil
